We’re so excited to see The Rainmaker hit screens on USA Network. Adapted from the classic John Grisham thriller, the new series was filmed right here in Ireland, and it’s been incredible to watch such a major international production unfold on our doorstep.
A huge congratulations to Casting Director Emma Gunnery, who led the local Irish casting. Emma used Fishpond to help discover and audition local actors for the series, and we couldn’t be prouder of the talent who got the chance to step into this story. Whether you landed a role or not, every audition is an achievement and a step forward in your journey as a performer.
The series itself is packed with drama, following young lawyer Rudy Baylor as he takes on a powerful law firm in a high-stakes legal battle. With a stellar cast including Milo Callaghan, Lana Parrilla, P. J. Byrne, John Slattery and Madison Iseman, it’s shaping up to be a must-watch for fans of smart, character-driven drama.
For us, the most exciting part is seeing Ireland at the heart of it all. Productions like The Rainmaker are proof of the creativity, professionalism and talent we have right here at home. We’re proud to see our community represented on such a global stage.
